Through its HEC-recognized ODL degree programs and Microsoft Healthcare AI Training, Ghunchas is preparing a new generation of digitally empowered healthcare professionals who can meet global needs.

Students gain hands‑on labs in Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, AI Agents, Azure Cloud, Data Engineering, Reporting, and Cloud Security—all evaluated and certified by Microsoft. The Healthcare AI Professional Program, costing only Rs. 2,000 per month, ensures affordability and accessibility for all.

In partnership with Sarhad University, the institute also offers ODL programs including Healthcare AI – DPT and Healthcare AI – BS Radiology, enabling students to complete theory online, attend lab sessions at the institute, and complete clinical training in local hospitals.

The strategic training model combines clinical education with advanced digital health competencies, preparing graduates for careers in health IT, telehealth, analytics, and global medical services. Students also receive support to build strong LinkedIn profiles, connect with international leaders, and showcase their AI projects—opening doors to remote and overseas opportunities.

To build this ecosystem nationwide, Ghunchas is now hiring Healthcare AI ODL Educators from across Pakistan. These educators—after completing specialized training—will mentor students, promote programs locally, and earn Rs. 50,000 per month.

All applicants seeking faculty, teaching, or academic roles at Educareer Sindh Institute Sukkur are required to successfully complete the Healthcare AI Educator Program before being considered for appointment.

Completion of this program does not guarantee employment but is a mandatory eligibility requirement.

2.     Program Participation

The program is self-paced and must be completed within the defined duration.

Participants are responsible for completing all required modules, assignments, assessments, and the capstone project.

Any form of plagiarism, impersonation, or academic misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.

3.     Assessment & Evaluation

Faculty eligibility is subject to successful completion of quizzes, assignments, practical tasks, and final evaluations.

Evaluation results are final and not subject to appeal.

4.     Employment Consideration

Complete Training of the Healthcare AI ODL Educator Training Program before joining.

  • Presentations and visits to colleges or the community.

No. This is a district-based hybrid role. You work from your own area using Microsoft Team, Odoo eLearning Module, WhatsApp, Mobile communication, Online sessions, and Local field visits (if needed).

Yes. You will follow institute schedule to Mentor your assigned students, Meet enrollment targets, Attend weekly online team meetings, and Maintain student progress and communication.

No. This program includes complete training. However, basic computer and communication skills are helpful.

High-performing educators may progress to District Coordinator, Regional Manager, Training Lead, Academic Operations Manager and Digital Health / AI Specialist roles.
